Mediation Fee Schedule

Given that a dispute may have a number of parties who are aligned in their interests and do not require separate space or dedication of time, mediations are priced based on the number of "sides" involved. Whether different parties are on the same side can generally be determined based on whether or not they will occupy the same room during the mediation. Many cases concern only two sides, but up to six sides is not uncommon. Please contact Mr. Fisk concerning pricing for mediations involving additional sides, travel, or other unique circumstances. Generally, no travel time will be charged. The cost of mediation includes pre-mediation review of materials submitted to Mr. Fisk and post-mediation follow-up at the discretion of Mr. Fisk. No cancellation fees will be charged.

Half Day Mediation

  • $3,000 half day mediation (two sides) ($1,500 per side)

  • $3,600 half day mediation (three sides) ($1,200 per side)

  • $4,200 half day mediation (four sides) ($1,050 per side)

  • $4,750 half day mediation (five sides) ($950 per side)

  • $5,400 half day mediation (six sides) ($900 per side)

Full Day Mediation

  • $5,000 full day mediation (two sides) ($2,500 per side)

  • $6,000 full day mediation (three sides) ($2,000 per side)

  • $7,000 full day mediation (four sides) ($1,750 per side)

  • $8,000 full day mediation (five sides) ($1,600 per side)

  • $9,000 full day mediation (six sides) ($1,500 per side)
